Chef’s Mountain Retreat
This was the home of Stefano’s grandfather built in the middle 1800’s. The stone oven was once used by the monk’s to make bread for the local citizens. The cozy dining room has a fireplace that is used for cooking and roasting meats. The backyard has fruit trees, an herb garden and an outdoor dining area. The River Tevere, whose source is 1 mile away from Mount Fumaiolo, borders the property as a small babbling brook. The retreat is nestled between Tuscany, Emilia Romagna and Marche.
