EXPERIENCE

Unlock the secrets to Italian cuisine with this 7 day all inclusive tour in Northern Italy with your own personal chef.

This Culinary Vacation will start on Monday in Bologna, where you will learn how to cook traditional Northern Italian food in a cooking school. Each day begins at the local market where you and your chef will decide what to make each day based on seasonal availability.  One day you’ll spend touring the local food producers that make Emilia Romagna famous around the world- Parmigiano Reggiano, and Prosciutto.  On Friday you’ll head to the mountains where you will head to the Apennines. In this cozy mountain setting you’ll cook over a fireplace and bake meats, bread and pizza in a 300 yr old stone oven that was once used by the monks to feed the locals.  In between you’ll travel the countryside visiting beautiful Tuscan towns and villages like Sansepolcro (home of the Renaissance painter Piero della Franceasca), Montefeltro (ruled by Federico da Montefeltro, one of the most successful condottieri of the Italian Renaissance and Lord of Urbino) or local food producers. On Sunday you will be returned to Bologna Airport or  train station for you departure.
