You'll taste hand-sliced 24 months aged Prosciutto di Parma, 30 months Parmigiano Reggiano, Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and cook with the great products Bologna is famous throughout the world for.
The focus is on seasonal, healthy cooking exploring the simplicity and elegance of true Italian cuisine.
Bolognese Morning with Market Visit, Cooking Class in Bologna in the famous CIBO-Culinary Institute of Bologna Professional Kitchen (Not someone's apartment) including Handmade Pasta (No pasta machines at Cibo, just the Traditional Mattarello (Rolling-Pin), Sauces, Mains, Tasting and using Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, 30 Months Parmigiano Reggiano, 24 Month Hand-Sliced Prosciutto di Parma and the best Seasonal products we bought at the Market. After the Class we will enjoy Lunch with unlimited local Wine.
